An Article from My Past

I write this article in 1993 when I was going to college. Hope you like it.

Since I did not go to public school, I did not learn a lot until I started college.  But I remember that when I was in the "special school," when I was fourteen, I had to write my first poem for a class assignment.  I named the poem named "It's Dark Inside Of Here." It was about a person stuck in a monkey, writing the poem; some people say it sounds how I feel like a handicapped person; but to me, it is just funny. Here is that poem:

"It's Dark Inside of Here"

Excuse my handwriting,

might not be clear,

but I am inside of a monkey!

This afternoon, I got

          too near to the monkey's cage!

It's dark inside of here!
