My Surgery

My surgery is today so I don't know when will be my next post be. I have to be at the hospital at 11:15 am. and probably will be there until Friday or Saturday but I will have my iPad so I will try to post an update most I can.

My iPad

I got an iPad on August 5th and I love it so much! I can do a lot on it, barely everything I can do on my laptop. I still haven't learned all I can do on it. LOL. I always wanted a small computer and I have one. I never thought that they would make one that size. I can sit in the bed or my recliner and talk to my family and friends  which will be great while I'm in the hospital next week and read books. I started reading the book, "50 Shades in Grey" in private.

The Week of August 13 on My Soaps

I am glad that Days is back! I was surprised that Jack was killed, didn't believe it. I figured that Madison didn't make it. but poor Brady, no luck with love. I am pleased surprised that Nicole's baby was ok. I knew that Ivan killed Stephano.

On GH, so Jerry is going to make everyone sick. I cant believe Michael had Starr to go see his sick sister after losing her own girl. I wish Jason and Sam wouldn't give up on each other.

My Pre-Op

Monday, I went for my pre-op workup. They did blood tests, checked my blood type incase I need some in the O.R. They also checked for Mersa by sticking a stick up in my nose. I thought of a line 

from a 70's show, "in your nose with a rubber nose". I thought it was funny. It turns out I have Mersa whatever it is. I haven't heard of that virus so I looked it up but it didn't help explaining it to me. I know it's bacteria. I have to wash with a prescription soap and put some medicine in my nose every day until my surgery.

My Monday Night Shows 8-13-12

On this week’s “The Secret Life of the American Teenager”,  I like that they featured real life things like pips seeking out young girls last night. There needs to be awareness to what's going on in real life. Jack turned out to be a good guy. It's  funny that Tom was reading a kickoff of the book "Fifty Shades of Grey" I guess they didn't want to pay to use the real title. 

On “Bunheads,” Michelle wanting a supermarket opening in that small town of Sleepy Hallow is how I feel about Walmart opening closer to where I live. I think we need a Walmart our side of town.
